My first challenge was to create a design that was large enough for sixteen players yet provided reliable cover and occlusion to prevent players from feeling too vulnerable.  I decided to develop a city-like atmosphere of odd-angled houses and walkways to support multiple levels of verticality. Only after several prototype levels did I find a size that suited the sixteen-player requirement.
